| Does JCHost.net backup data? | | Yes, all of your website and database data is backed up every 24 hours. |
| Where are your servers located? | | Our main webservers are located in Houston, TX in a secure monitored data center. We also have servers in the NY area for our gaming clients. |
| What kind of hardware and connection do you use? | | We use both AMD and Intel P4 based servers. They are all connected to 100mb ports on 18,000mbit redundant backbones. |
| Do you allow IRC servers? | | No, we currently do not offer hosting for IRC servers. Our datacenters do not allow them, so therefore we can't host them. This is for security and stability reasons. |
| Do you offer Shell (SSH) accounts? | | SSH access can be obtained, but is not given by default. You must contact support@jchost.net and give reason for why SSH access is needed before it is granted. This is done primarily for security reasons to protect all of our clients. |

| All keywords are used in a search, using both 'AND' and 'OR'. Results are ordered by relevancy. 'AND' hits automatically result in higher relevancy. 'stopwords' are automatically filtered out, as well as words with less than 4 characters. Wildcard search not supported. |
